Smarter Security Solutions are looking to recruit two more security system engineers to join our team.
We’re after engineers that can hit the ground running with at least three years experience in the installation of CCTV (Both IP and HD Analogue), Access control & Intruder alarm systems. Experience in traffic management barriers and automatic doors desirable, but not essential.
The correct candidates should be able to manage their time to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard, this includes working alone as well as in a team.
Engineers are required to carry out mainly installation work, with some servicing and remedial works.
The ideal candidates would ideally live within Northampton, as 80% of our work is within Northamptonshire. However some national travel and overnight stays may be required from time to time.
Engineers are required be on call, on a 1 week in 4 basis. Normal working hours: 40hrs/week 8:30-17:00
All the usual equipment and transport supplied for engineers to carry out work. Specialist hand tools and test equipment will be provided, however the engineer should have their own hand tools .
Wages are dependant on experience + on call allowance and OT, with 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas period (other than emergency callouts).
On going product training and IPAF/PASMA etc.
